A SIMPLE RECIPE THAT GIVES YOU THE TRUE TASTE OF A TROUT
Ingredients
- trout fillets
- salt
- white peper
- extra virgin olive oil
- lemons
- cayenne pepper
Cooking instructions
- Lightly coat pan with extra virgin oil
- turn on medium heat
- brush fillet with light coat of extra virgin olive oil
- lightly sprinkle fillet on both sides with salt
- lightly sprinkle fillet on both sides with white pepper
- very lightly sprinkle fillet on both sides with cayenne pepper
- place fillet skin down in pan
- cook until 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown
- flip fillet and cook other side for about 3 to 4 minutes
- cook fillet until center is slightly flakey with the touch of a fork
- place fillet on a serving plate and squeeze lemon juice over fish
